Anna-Carin Månsson
Anna-Carin Månsson is founder and partner of the Theia Investment AB business angel fund and is currently involved primarily in business development and investment projects. Anna-Carin was formerly an entrepreneur and founder of Exit Marketing AB, a call-centre company, and President of Kimoda AB, an e-business company. She has extensive experience in working with entrepreneurial programmes for women, business angels and her own private investments. Anna-Carin serves on several other Boards, including PIE-P, the innovation programme, Silentium AB, Nyréns Arkitektkontor AB, Workey AB and Theia Fond 1 AB. Anna-Carin has a degree in Business Administration, majoring in international economics, from Linkoping University.

Göran Carstedt
Göran Carstedt currently works as an adviser and speaker while leading a global project within the Clinton Climate Initiative. In addition, he also serves on several Boards. Göran has a background within Volvo Group where he has held positions such as President of Volvo Svenska Bil AB and President of the Car Division of Volvo France. After serving as President of IKEA North America and IKEA Europe, Göran went on to lead the formation of the global network, Society for Organizational Learning (SOL). Göran holds a PhD in Economics (Business Administration) from the University of Umea and received an honorary doctorate from Blekinge Institute of Technology in October 2007.

Peter Mogensen
Peter Mogensen is currently political commentator and Editor-in-Chief at Politiken, the Danish newspaper. Prior to joining the newspaper, he worked for several years as an international partner of Accenture, the global IT and management consulting company. Peter also has a solid background in politics from an extensive political career in which he has worked as press officer, head of secretariat and political adviser to Danish Prime Minister Poul Nyrup Rasmussen (1997-2000), and as minister’s secretary to the Minister for Finance, Mogens Lykketoft (1995-1997). Peter has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Aarhus and has lectured in economics at Copenhagen Business School.

Julia Norinder
Julia Norinder, is the Managing Director of Preera, where she began her career as a management consultant in 1998. During the period 2004-2005, she took leave of absence to work within the development of the private sector in the UN organisation in West Africa. On returning to Gothenburg, Julia assumed the post of senior consultant at Preera and in 2008 she also assumed the post of Managing Director.

Johan Åkesson
Johan is a management consultant at Preera with extensive experience of strategical, organisational and managerial control issues. He is also a highly appreciated lecturer in these subjects. Johan has a part-time tenure at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg where he is head of management control courses at the Department of Business Administration.

Magnus Envall
Magnus is a founder of Preera and, for 10 years, the company’s President. Today Magnus has a more flexible role as management consultant and business developer at Preera. Magnus has extensive experience of business operations development and management and business development. He has been involved in several major projects in Swedish companies as well as global organisations and has extensive experience from within a variety of businesses such as transport, real estate, telecommunications and the engineering industry.
