As a consultant employed with Preera, you will be working together with colleagues and clients in different development projects. The reference point is always a client’s need to improve a part of their business operation. The scope of the assignments may vary from minor to more comprehensive major issues - anything from reviewing the company’s strategic direction to improving the management and control systems to rationalizing a single process. Assignments almost invariably entail working with relationships, attitudes, approaches and values within the organization.

student-jobbTo fit into our organization, ideally you would need to have drive and be highly motivated, with a strong focus on development. You would need excellent communication skills and have a genuine interest in people. You should be experienced and well versed in making oral presentations and have the capacity to express yourself professionally and concisely in writing.
