Preera believes that management control is about developing competitive organizations, both structurally and culturally. As the world changes the demands of having efficient and qualitative support processes and systems that deliver a reliable and relevant basis for decisions increase. Preera’s projects within the area of management control deliver concrete results in terms of for instance better financial and accounting models, cost estimations and/or distribution models. It is our strong believe however, that real difference will be achieved only when the cultural aspects of management control are taken into consideration as well. That is our differentiation. This could mean to create common pictures of goals and strategies, but also to handle the challenge of making an organization really use the new tools that the concrete part of the change process delivers. Together with our customers we work with change and development processes in order to create efficient organizations and processes, at the same time as releasing energy and creative potential among the people concerned in the customer organizations. By combining curiosity and motivation to think creative with expert skills in regards to models, methods and approaches, using dialogue and participation as key techniques we create sound development processes at our customers.
