WE HAVE THE TOOLS TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINABLE RESULTS

It is difficult to bring about change. It is even more difficult to reach the actual goals for change – to achieve valid results and create tangible added value for the customers.

Quality-circleOver the years, Preera has developed a method and approach for managing change processes through creating awareness and involvement among the people in organisations. The approach derives from insights and analyses regarding how management, strategies, and processes can be developed in harmony with the full commitment and initiative of the employees in the organisation. We call this method “The Sound Development Process”.

The approach is based on dialogue, participation and professional communication, and implies that the individuals affected by the change are also the ones involved in the creation of it.

Through a high degree of participation, energy and creative potential are released. The solutions are better and the competence and sense of responsibility required to put the ideas and concepts into practice on an everyday basis are created. This in turn also facilitates the work when a project enters the realization phase.

THE SOUND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS: MAKING A REAL DIFFERENCE

Preera’s project and change management focuses on ensuring that the people in the organisation have the understanding and the will to change before the actual implementation takes place. To create the best possible conditions for the change process, both structural and cultural aspects are taken into consideration.
